These terms apply when you use this website. Nothing on it is an offer to fund you: that only happens in a factoring agreement we both sign.

This website is run by MyFactor LLC (“MyFactor”, “we”, “us”), 146 W 29th Street, Suite 10W, New York, NY 10001. By using it, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information, not an offer
This site describes MyFactor’s services in general terms. Nothing on it is an offer or a commitment to buy your invoices, advance you money or extend credit. Whether we fund you, and your advance, fees and terms, depend on a review of your business and your customers, and are set only by a written agreement signed by both of us. Where that agreement and this website differ, the agreement wins.
Worked examples, the profit calculator and other figures on this site are illustrations, not quotes.
Applying
Our application form is hosted by HubSpot. Sending it, or calling or emailing us, does not create an agreement between us. You agree that what you tell us is accurate, and that we may check it.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages from MyFactor, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You must be 18 or older to sign up. Reply STOP at any time to stop them, or HELP for help, or reach us at (212) 466-6829 or sales@myfactorllc.com. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of doing business with us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your number.

Links to other websites, including HubSpot, Multi-Service Fuel Cards, the App Store, Google Play, the International Factoring Association, LinkedIn and the AI assistants in our “Ask about MyFactor” menu, are here for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Using this site
You may use this site to learn about MyFactor and to get in touch with us. Please do not misuse it: do not try to break or overload it, reach parts of it you are not meant to, or copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.
Our content
The MyFactor name and logo, and the words, pictures and design of this site, belong to MyFactor LLC or to the people who license them to us. Other companies’ names and logos belong to them.
No warranties
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We do not promise that it will be free of errors, always available or up to date, and we may change or remove anything on it without notice.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, MyFactor is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss that comes from using this website or relying on it. Nothing here limits a signed agreement between us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the day it is posted on this page, shown by its “last updated” date.
