Most carriers juggle spreadsheets, text messages, paper PODs and a separate factoring portal just to get one load paid, and every step of that happens somewhere other than where the truck is. You find a scanner, email a rate confirmation and a signed POD to an office, and then wait for somebody there to open them before anything moves.

The MyFactor app takes that gap out. Photograph the rate confirmation and the POD at the dock, send a delivered load for funding with one click, and watch the invoice move from submitted to funded without calling to ask where it is. You can run a credit check on a broker before you accept the load rather than after you have hauled it, and check funded invoices and payment history at any hour. The office work stops waiting for you to get back to the office.
