Cookie policy
This website sets no cookies of its own. Only the application page loads anything from another company that could.
Nothing of ours is stored on your device
This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixel, no social media button that reports back, no chat widget, and no embedded map or video. Nothing of ours reads from or writes to your device — not cookies, not local storage, not session storage.
Apart from the application page, below, no page loads anything from anybody else that could set a cookie. That is why nothing asked you to accept anything when you arrived.
The application page
Our application form is MyFactor’s form with HubSpot, the company that keeps our customer records, and it loads from HubSpot inside our Apply page. HubSpot protects it from spam with Google reCAPTCHA, which loads on that page too. Both are other companies’ services, and either may set its own cookies or read details about your browser to do its job.
What you type into the form comes to MyFactor through HubSpot. HubSpot’s and Google’s own privacy and cookie policies apply to what they collect, and reCAPTCHA is covered by Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. No other page on this site loads either of them.
What happens when you visit
Every website runs on a server, and a server keeps a record of the requests it answers: which page was asked for, when, the IP address it came from, and the browser’s user-agent string. Those are ordinary web-server logs. They are not cookies, nothing is stored on your device, and MyFactor does not use them to identify you or to build a profile.
This site is hosted by HostGator. Those logs stay on HostGator’s servers, where they can be seen only by HostGator and the people who manage the website for MyFactor.
Links that take you off this site
Some buttons here lead somewhere else: the fuel card application, which goes to Multi-Service Fuel Cards; the App Store and Google Play; the International Factoring Association; MyFactor’s LinkedIn page; and the “Ask about MyFactor” menu, which opens whichever AI assistant you pick.
Once you follow one of those you are on another company’s website, under their policies rather than this one, and they may well set cookies. MyFactor has no control over that and no access to what they collect. Each of those companies publishes its own cookie and privacy policy.
If this changes
If MyFactor ever adds analytics, advertising, or anything else that stores data on your device, this page will say so before it goes live, and you will be asked for your consent wherever the law requires it.
